Jack Tesell,
Managing Partner
HHC was founded by longtime technology entrepreneur Jack Tesell. In 2000, Jack saw an opportunity in the decline
of the technology sector for the liquidation of distressed assets. In less than a year a $400,000 investment
turned into a $2.2 million revenue base. His extensive experience in telecom and data technical operations and
innate business acumen has enabled him to expand the company's profile from liquidation to end-to-end asset
management solutions for supporting technology life cycle solutions.
Jack has extensive experience in Telecom and Networking industries. As Senior Director of Worldwide Technical
Operations at iBasis Inc, Jack played a key role in building the world's largest, Cisco Powered Network for
Internet Telephony . The depth of his technical knowledge of infrastructure equipment, industry contacts, and
forward thinking has enabled Jack to seize leading edge market opportunities for the growth of HHC.
John Fitzgerald,
Managing Partner
Managing Partner and Co-Owner of HHC, John Fitzgerald is responsible for daily operations and future growth strategies
for the company. Over the past four years he has developed domestic and global relationships to manage asset value recovery
for financially troubled Telecom carriers, ISP's and Enterprise customers. Focusing his efforts on risk assessment and
technology lifecycles, John has successfully negotiated purchases of over $250mm (original list price) of equipment
on the buy side and negotiated sales in excess of $10mm. HHC has achieved a steady 100% growth rate every year since
2000 due to the creative and entrepreneurial strategies implemented by John in the asset recovery and re-deployment arena.
Prior to HHC, John spent four years as a Regional Sales Director for Plasticard, a leading solution provider in the
Automation ID industry, and also has experience in third party maintenance contracts. His expertise in finance and
technology has enabled him to be a driving force in the success of HHC. John is a graduate of the Carroll School of
Management at Boston College.
